RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to  Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
We have a 3 business day return policy. Should you wish to return your watch within that time, we will refund the purchase price less shipping, insurance, and any transaction fees (i.e. credit card processing fees). If you are within the USA, we will send you a shipping label for returns. If you are outside of the USA, you will have to ship and provide insurance. Once we receive the piece, we will give it an inspection to make sure it is in the same condition as it was sent to you and then we will issue your refund via wire transfer or credit card credit. You will need to provide your payment details All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@hqmilton.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $120.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Please Note
           
     ●     International buyers are welcome to return their purchase, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship and insure the piece appropriately. They will be responsible for any and all customs fees or taxes incurred for the transactions. HQ Milton, LLC, does not reimburse international customs fees and taxes. The purchase price will be refunded less shipping/insurance/handling fees to the customer.    
     ●     If the item was sold to you as unworn and/or with factory stickers, these pieces must be returned in exactly the same condition. Removing the stickers, or adding any wear to the watch, will drastically reduce the value of the watch and our ability to resell it. Thus, upon inspection, your refund may be impacted by up to 20% of the purchase price.
